Still Point Wellness is named after the Still Point in craniosacral therapy.

The Still Point is a momentary pause or space in the craniosacral rhythm where the cerebrospinal fluid stops moving for a brief moment. This is believed to be a time when the body's self-healing mechanisms can activate, allowing for deep relaxation, release of tension, and an opportunity for healing.

At Still Point Wellness, I believe that taking a moment to pause and create space in your life can be transformative. By slowing down and allowing ourselves to be present in the moment, we can become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This can help us to gain clarity, reduce stress, and improve our overall wellbeing.
